My second race of the skimo season. I was nervous before starting as I had been ski instructing every day for 2 weeks and knew my legs were heavy.
But still, I felt very fit and managed to keep training a lot every night after work.
I finished in 45 minutes and surprisingly, first place for Espoir! It was so good to shake hands with Matheo and have my photo!
I know I could have got something closer to 42 minutes, but the lack of recovery during work left me tired for the last week.
With more training and experience I know I can improve this performance a lot more.
