A successful weekend with a victory in the Fan Fawr fell race, local to me at my home in Wales.
After the last 3 weeks of vertical racing at Diagonale Mont Joly, KMV Nantaux and KM de Chando I now feel in great shape.
I won in 18’30” with a strong uphill lead and held it on the descent. Good preparation ahead of Fully KMV on October 22nd.
